I’m a Holistic Sleep Scientist and Wellness Strategist who blends cutting-edge sleep research with holistic mind–body practices to help people and organisations thrive through the power of restorative rest.
I’ve been featured in Qantas Travel Insider, the Sydney Morning Herald, and Australian Traveller Magazine, and regularly share practical tools to reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance sleep quality naturally as a guest on radio shows and podcasts.

My evidence-based 9-Pillar Sleep Method has supported professionals, universities, and corporations across Australia — including Toyota, Adelaide University, Cairns Airport, the Pisani Group, and the City of Burnside — to improve energy, focus, and emotional resilience through sleep health and behavioural micro-habits.
As Director of Sleep & Rejuvenation at The Reef House Palm Cove, I designed and led luxury wellness experiences, pioneering one of Australia’s first resort-based, evidence-led sleep programs that blend science, psychology, and ancient practices. I also collaborate with the incredible 5-star Ecopia Retreat on Kangaroo Island, bringing restorative sleep and wellbeing experiences into eco-luxury settings.
With a Graduate Certificate in Research (Sleep Science) as part of my PhD-level studies in Sleep Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biochemistry & Immunology, I bridge neuroscience with mindfulness, breathwork, NLP, and hypnotherapy. My integrative approach empowers individuals and leaders to regulate their nervous systems, restore deep sleep, and access their highest clarity, creativity, and performance potential.
